We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Custom or personalized items
Sale items
Gift cards
Earrings for hygiene reasons
Urn jewelry that has been opened, filled, or tampered with
Because memorial jewelry is intended for personal use, once the seal has been opened the item is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must remain unused and in original packaging.
