Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non returnable items:
Custom or personalized items, sale items, gift cards, earrings, and urn jewelry that has been opened or filled cannot be returned.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
